With regular visits, telephone support, remote access and emergency call outs we can offer a professional and cost effective solution to all your ICT needs.

Simply VoIP can provide and additional layer of support for your on site IT staff, or for smaller businesses we can represent a much cheaper and more effective alternative to hiring dedicated staff.

We have 30 years experience with Microsoft operating systems, servers and applications, the commonly used Linux variants and Apple devices and computers.

We work extensively with almost all types of hardware on the market including most all makes and models of of server, switch, wireless system, workstation and laptop. We have particular expertise with Cisco equipment, from humble switches and access points to WAN accelerators and Call Manager based VoIP systems. We can also repair any computer or server in your organisation, where replacement parts are available.

Tied together with our deeper understanding of IP data networks, we can provide a complete package of support for any SME.

We offer:

Onsite Visits
We will visit your premises at a time and for a duration of your choosing, from 1 half day visit per month to 1 day a week. During these visits we will commit to complete any works required by our clients, or perform regular maintenance duties.

Emergency Call out
Should any emergency arise in between visits, that cannot be resolved immediately via remote access, then a next working day (or sooner, depending on the SLA) visit will be arranged.

Remote Support
We offer a facility to remotely support our clients, between regular visits.

Telephone Support
Telephone Support is available to all our clients from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday – excluding bank and public holidays
(Depending on the SLA).

Easy Cancelation
We don’t tie you to us for a year or more. Because we operate on a monthly 'pay as you go' basis, should the client decide to terminate the contract for any reason only a one month notice period is required.
